tourismed.ai connects patients living in Europe - mainly in Germany - with clinics in Türkiye. For hair transplants, dental work, rhinoplasty and gastric sleeve the patient applies once; the platform collects quotes from clinics, calls the patient, arranges the travel and stays with them throughout. We designed and built the part of the platform the patient sees: the website and the mobile app.

Two rules define the product. No money is taken up front - no deposit, no card details; payment happens in Türkiye, after the examination. And clinics reach the patient anonymously: quotes are listed as Clinic A, B and C with their Google rating, scope and price, and names open only once the patient has chosen. Trusting a clinic abroad is a hard decision, so the interface puts both rules in the most visible place rather than hiding them.

Everything revolves around a single patient case: the website, the patient and doctor builds of the mobile app, the team’s back office and the clinics’ portal all see the same record with different permissions. The back office and the clinic portal stayed with the company’s own team; the website and the app share components and speak the same design language.

The site was delivered in Turkish, German and English; today it is live at tourismed.ai, with Russian added.
